Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and scanning operations with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and correct labeling.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems) as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
