Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory to maintain quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
