Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and proper documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required – we provide training!
