Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and inventory warehouse products
- Maintain clean and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to North Memphis location
- Background check and drug screen required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
