Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Blvd location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
