Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in our warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required by your role.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, as business needs require.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
