Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
