Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and perform daily stock counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
