Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and clean workstations
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
