Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in regular cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to facility
