Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory databases in real-time using proprietary software
- Participate in monthly physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
