Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
