Responsibilities
- Accurately package and label products for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records using scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
