Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipping to regional clients
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for equipment operation)
