Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and report any quality issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently to maintain tight delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) may be required for driving duties.
