Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move goods within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by promptly removing debris and organizing storage areas.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve any operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
