Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety guidelines and shipping labels.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
