Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items using handheld scanners, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing items to prevent damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
