Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software is preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
