Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label products correctly to ensure safe delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in maintaining proper storage systems and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
