Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
