Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, labeling, and shipping preparation duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
