Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using RF scanners and manual handling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
