Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and loading docks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and in storage areas.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure high standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report damaged goods, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
