Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or delivery.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a history of good attendance.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
