Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners accurately.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Perform general facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
