Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to and from the shipping and receiving areas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect damaged or defective products and arrange for repairs or returns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including accurate counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order picking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
