Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, conveyor systems) following all safety protocols.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logging for shipments and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
