Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery to move heavy materials safely.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to the inventory manager.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, shelves, and warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow.
- Pack and label products accurately for shipping to meet delivery deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
