Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting activities as needed.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to meet daily delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
