Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order discrepancies and workflow needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
