Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure inventory integrity.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as business demands.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
