Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable to outdoor loading docks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
