Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
