Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand basic instructions, shipping labels, and safety manuals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
