Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper documentation and security.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
