Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, documenting any discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure maximum accessibility and accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders for shipping, ensuring all labeling and documentation is correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; logistics experience is a plus.
- Certified forklift operator (or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures strictly.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
