Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately to ensure safe delivery.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to scan items and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring for qualified candidates).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments before they leave the dock.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
