Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handle materials of varying weights.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
