Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process customer returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and productivity targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
