Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves according to established safety and productivity standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our digital systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Package and label goods for shipment with attention to detail to prevent damage.
- Assist in the receiving and checking of incoming shipments for accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
