Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
