Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is critical to maintaining our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory with high accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipping and maintain the shipping dock area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work various shifts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
