Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform quality control checks on merchandise before and after handling.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
