- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any damages to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, add, and subtract basic numbers accurately.
