Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in the organization of shipping and receiving areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
