Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage inventory, pack orders, and ensure our distribution center operates smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our success in the heart of Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
- Pack, seal, label, and sort merchandise for delivery or storage using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
