Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient logistics
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with WMS systems and lean methodologies
