Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless workflow and accurate handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and preparing orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
