Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Support: Help with stocking, organizing, and checking inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
